If a transaction is going to transfer within a 21-day period, please contact our office as soon as possible at 440.835.4505.
Earnest Money deposits for these transactions will need to be wired to Erieview Title Agency instead of an online ACH earnest deposit.
The bank treats online deposits like a personal check with a 10-14 day hold and it is a rule of the financial institution.
